- Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time.
- For unto us a child is born,
unto us a son is given:
and the government shall be upon his shoulder:
and his name shall be called
Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God,
The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. - But let judgment run down as waters,
and righteousness as a mighty stream. - The Lord thy God in the midst of thee is mighty;
he will save,
he will rejoice over thee with joy;
he will rest in his love,
he will joy over thee with singing. - He that is slow to anger is better than the mighty;
and he that ruleth his spirit than he that taketh a city. - And remember that thou wast a servant in the land of Egypt, and that the Lord thy God brought thee out thence through a mighty hand and by a stretched out arm: therefore the Lord thy God commanded thee to keep the sabbath day.
- In God is my salvation and my glory:
the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God. - Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
- Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.

- Sing unto the Lord; for he hath done excellent things:
this is known in all the earth. - Though an host should encamp against me,
my heart shall not fear:
though war should rise against me,
in this will I be confident. - He therefore that ministereth to you the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you, doeth he it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?
- And in that day shall ye say,
Praise the Lord, call upon his name,
declare his doings among the people,
make mention that his name is exalted. - That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death.
- Who hath wrought and done it,
calling the generations from the beginning?
I the Lord, the first,
and with the last; I am he. - But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light.
- Set me as a seal upon thine heart,
as a seal upon thine arm:
for love is strong as death;
jealousy is cruel as the grave:
the coals thereof are coals of fire,
which hath a most vehement flame. - My soul thirsteth for God, for the living God:
when shall I come and appear before God? - Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God dwelleth in him, and he in God.

- For who is God save the Lord?
or who is a rock save our God? - For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
For who is God, save the Lord?
and who is a rock, save our God?Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ. And the Lord, he it is that doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed.Next verse!With image
